Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your plans change, you can cancel a registration and we'll refund you based on how far ahead you cancel. In every window you can choose to keep the full value as BeachSports account credit instead of a cash refund. Credit never has a cancellation fee taken out, and it's good toward any future program.

Manhattan Beach & Redondo Beach

• 15+ days before start — 75% cash refund
• 8–14 days before start — 50% cash refund
• 3–7 days before start — 50% as account credit
• Any remaining time — no refund

Any cash refund back to your card has a 5% processing fee (it covers our card processor's non-refundable charge), and it's already reflected in the amounts above. Account credit is issued in full, with no processing fee, and it's good for 12 months after it’s issued.

How to cancel: before your program's start date, you can cancel it yourself from your account, under that registration. Once a program has started, reach out to our team.

Hermosa Beach

Registration and payment for our Hermosa Beach programs are handled by the City of Hermosa Beach Parks & Recreation Department, so their refund policy applies and refunds are requested through the City:
