The Program
Whether they are nervous about the deep or excited to take on the waves, our OCEAN Program (formerly Jr. Lifeguard Camp) is all about building “Ocean Intelligence.” We focus on turning uncertainty into confidence, giving kids the skills to spot a rip current, the endurance to swim through the surf, and the teamwork to tackle any challenge the ocean throws their way - all without the pressure of intense competition.

The Details
In an environment as dynamic as the beach and ocean it’s important to identify negative or dangerous situations before they occur. In our 20+ years operating youth programs on our local beaches we’ve had the opportunity to experience these situations and have developed protocols for avoiding and resolving them.
For the parents
We care about your experience, every part of it. As parents of young children ourselves, we understand what’s important and we design and operate our programs to exceed our own expectations. We know your peace of mind is paramount.
Our Team
Meet the people who oversee everything on and off the beach. Our Location Directors ensure campers and coaches have everything they need for a safe, organized, and successful day. Our Program Director, Jenn, leads the vision behind each program and ensures every experience meets the BeachSports standard.

Hours and early drop-off vary by location. You’ll see the exact times and any early drop-off option when you pick your beach below. Single days with prorated pricing are available select weeks.
Every camper receives a brightly colored SPF 50 rashguard. Additional merchandise is available. Ask your Location Director on-site.

Be the person you looked up to when you were a BeachSports participant and share your passion with the next generation. Your first job is a major milestone and BeachSports will support you every step of the way.

Learn to manage people, communicate effectively, understand the customer experience, and lead with confidence as a BeachSports Head Coach, Director or Admin Team member.
