Emails from us & Unsubscribing

We send a few helpful emails around your camper's session, plus a receipt for anything you pay.

What you will get

• Confirmation: right after you finish registering.
• Camp info: a "what to bring and where to go" note about a week before camp, and a reminder the day before.
• Receipts: for payments and for anything you add to a registration.

Common questions

How do I stop the promotional emails? Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can manage your preferences anytime from the Messages tab in your account.

I unsubscribed but still got a receipt or a confirmation. That is expected. Unsubscribing stops promotional email, but you will still get transactional messages (confirmations, receipts, and anything about a change to your registration), because those confirm something you did.

I am not getting your emails at all. Check your spam folder and add team@beachsports.com to your contacts. If they are still not arriving, email us and we will check the address on file.
