How the Waitlist Works

If a session is full, you can join its waitlist for free. There's no charge and no obligation to enroll if a spot opens, so it's worth joining even if you've found another week.

Joining

When a session is sold out, you'll see a Join the waitlist option on its sign-up page. You can join waitlists for as many sessions as you like.

When a spot opens

Our waitlist is automated. The moment a spot frees up, the next family in line gets an email invitation to claim it. You'll have a set window to accept and finish signing up, and the email tells you exactly how long. If you don't claim it in time, the offer passes to the next family automatically.

Checking your place

Reach out to our team anytime to check your spot on a waitlist, or to ask whether there's room in a different group or program that same week.
