Late Drop-Off or Early Pick-Up

We understand that schedules do not always go as planned. If you need to drop off your child late or pick them up early, please find parking and walk your child to the program area or walk down to pick them up.

We ask for walk-ups instead of using the car drop-off line so we can maintain appropriate staffing ratios on the beach and ensure participant safety during off-peak arrival and departure times.

If you know in advance that your child will be arriving late or leaving early, please let your Location Director know so the coaches are expecting them.

Picking up late

Coaches stay with your child until you arrive. If you're running late, please call your Location Director so we know to expect you.

Pick-up is free for 15 minutes after the end time, then $1.00 per minute. Any late pick-up fee is billed to the card on file.
