Signing forms & updating your camper's info
Before camp, we ask you to sign a couple of required forms and make sure your camper's details are complete. It all happens in your account.
How to sign and update
- Sign in at your account. No password needed. Use Google, a 6-digit code we email you, or your phone number.
- Anything still outstanding is shown at the top, so you will see what needs attention.
- Open the Campers tab to update your child's details or finish any forms still waiting.
- Come back anytime to review or download what you signed.
What you might be asked for
- Liability waiver (required for every camper)
- EpiPen release (only if your camper has an EpiPen on file)
- Pickup PIN, emergency contacts, a phone we can reach you at, allergy details, and rashguard size
Common questions
Can I opt out of photos and media? Yes. The photo and media election is part of the signing step. Choose to decline and we will flag your camper as "do not photograph."
Can I get a copy of what I signed? Yes. Sign in anytime and download a copy from your camper's details.
I did not sign before camp. Can I do it there? Yes. A director can have you sign on their device at camp.
I updated my camper's info but the roster still looks old. Rosters refresh on a schedule, so a change can take a little time to reach the coaches. If it is urgent (an allergy or a pickup change), email us at team@beachsports.com.
